Provide a platform to host both in-person and online networking events, workshops and talks. Key focus areas will be career development, overcoming obstacles, building leadership skills, showcasing individual women’s career paths, connecting women across the industry.
Provide opportunities for mentoring of young female professionals
Conduct surveys to help better understand development needs and obstacles to women achieving their full potential
Support education and training programs that encourage girls to enter STEM subjects, provide scholarship funds for women who want to study STEM with a focus on energy
Support companies in identifying projects that promote girl and women’s education and health projects
Explore opportunities for inter-company exchange secondments for early-mid career leaders.
Initiate and organize events to showcase the achievements of women in the industry in Egypt
